1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the 789bd platform ("Company", "we", "our") and the user of the 789bd website ("Member", "you", "your"). By accessing the 789bd.bar website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.1 One Account Policy

Only one 789bd account is permitted per individual, family, household address, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all bonuses.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account. If you believe your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

789bd may request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to complete verification may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

789bd services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

This platform is designed primarily for users in Bangladesh. Users must confirm for themselves whether using online gaming services is permitted under the laws of their own country or region. 789bd reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions for legal reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

789bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds will only be available for play after they have been successfully credited to your account. For any transaction issues, contact our support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required during verification processes or outside of standard banking hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• The account must be fully verified before withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement of any active bonus must be met.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. If the deposit amount is ৳22,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳20,000 and the total balance will be ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) — applied to the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 (2,000 × 10) in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to third parties.
• Bonus wagering may not apply to certain games — see the promotions page for details.
• 789bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is lost due to a technical error or connection failure, 789bd will consider refunding the bet amount in specific circumstances, but this is not automatically guaranteed.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. 789bd offers various sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, BPL), and kabaddi.

6.3 Casino Games

10.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, though all terms related to bonuses and wagering will continue to apply.

11. Limitation of Liability
